Premstrip™
A pre-formed bitumen sealing strip for sealing precast concrete units.
A compound rubber and bitumen joint sealing strip for sealing the joints of precast concrete units to provide a permanently flexible watertight seal when compressed between joint faces previously primed with Premstrip™ Primer. This enables an effective seal for precast concrete box culverts, manholes, inspection chambers, shafts, tunnels and pipe sections.
Premstrip™ concrete joint sealing strip is resistant to chemical and biological attack. Recommended by precast concrete manufacturers; when used with Premstrip™ Primer it meets BS EN 1917:2002 requirements for manholes (no need for concrete surrounds).
