SURFACE PREPARATION GUIDE
For onshore and offshore pipelines, welded joints, fittings and all civil and marine structures.
PREMIER SURFACE PREPARATION GUIDE
Dry abrasive blast cleaning is not always desirable or possible due to environmental or access restrictions. For over 39 years Premier Coatings has been providing innovative and permanent corrosion prevention solutions over hand tool cleaned steel surfaces whilst reducing applied coating costs and meeting the most stringent health & safety requirements.
The tables below outline the recommended surface preparation methods for steel surfaces; steel, timber and concrete marine jetty piles; and Premier waterproofing and sealing systems for concrete and asphalt. For ease of use, the icons for these methods are displayed on our product pages. If you would like further information on surface preparation, please contact us and one of our representatives will be in touch to help you with your query.
