Project Details
A Premier Coatings Ltd corrosion prevention system was applied to small diameter oil pipelines at a Petrolimex installation in Vietnam.
The corrosion prevention system is comprised of Prempaste™, Premtape™ Temperate and Premier™ PVC Self-Adhesive Tape. These products work together in order to protect the oil pipes as shown in the images (right).
The surfaces of the pipes were primed with the Prempaste before Premtape was applied, then overwrapped with a final layer of Premier PVC Self-Adhesive Tape to fully encapsulate the system.
